Mystery Shopper is a service offered mainly to companies to ensure quality of service is maintained throughout its branches and employees, currently specialising in Estate Agents.
The service is detailed by the client, and we will visit the relevant premises and conduct the relevant survey, including all sections detailed by the client.
We then create a report, and return to the premises to inform them of our findings, and give them the opportunity to add anything further. Once this has been completed, it is returned to the client.
