Bankruptcy Annulment is a procedure which will restore credit after being made bankrupt, providing it is completed withing a short period of time. BCCS Ltd are an agent for a protection fund, who deal with each case in its own right.
The service we offer is data gathering and communication. We will arrange a meeting with you and collect all the relevant information, pass it on to the fund who then assign a local agent to deal with the case, in a similar manner to the previously mentioned Debt Counselling.
Once everything has been approved, the fund will arrange to contact your creditors, clear all balances in full and then arrange for your bankruptcy to be annulled. This repairs your credit rating as all of your creditors have been paid in full.
At this point, the best way to repay this will be discussed with the fund.
